Sam Smith on new album: 'It's my most honest work ever'

'Stay With Me' superstar Sam Smith has started creating the follow up album to his incredible debut 'In The Lonely Hour' and revealed that it's the most honest work he has done to date.

Speaking to Britain's OK! magazine, the sensation admitted that he is trying to be as authentic as possible where songwriting for this next offering is concerned:

"I'm writing when I want to. So when bad things happen in my life, I'm going into the studio and writing about them! I'm excited but it's not going to be anytime soon. I think people are going to get bored of me if I carry on. I'm just trying to make it the most honest work I've ever done."

Smith, meanwhile, recently opened up about dating and confessed that he finds relationships to be hard work, telling GQ magazine: "I was in a relationship for a few months before Christmas, but I really have an issue with relationships. In fact, I have never really had a relationship up to a few months ago. I am just very comfortable and happy alone."
