Selena Gomez jokes about 'farting carrots' misheard lyric

Songstress Selena Gomez has revealed that she is aware of the misheard lyric in her latest single 'Good For You' and thinks it's quite amusing.

The first line of the song is "I'm a 14 carat", which is a reference to a diamond, but many people have been asking if Gomez sings "I'm farting carrots". During an interview with BBC Radio 1 today, the beauty confessed that it's pretty funny to think people assume that's what she's singing about:

"Wouldn't that just start the tone really sexy and that's what you wanna hear a girl say. It's also because you guys have the accent so it does kind of sound like that, for sure. You know what, it could be something we also make viral. Things happen!"

She recently opened up about her new album 'Revival' and told Hot 99.5 that it's very authentic and real: "The album is so different. There’s a song about kindness on the album, it’s so true and authentic to who I am. I was trying to find another ‘Who Says’. Now, I can step up. I’ve worked with people I haven’t worked with before.”
