Songstress Selena Gomez has opened up about dating heartthrob Nick Jonas back in 2008 and confessed that their relationship was more 'puppy love' than anything serious or intense. 

Speaking to Capital FM about her romantic history with the 'Jealous' hitmaker, Gomez explained that he's a great guy but what happened between was in the past:

"We were babies! We actually caught up the other day, and it’s really fun to be able to do that. That, to me, was like puppy love. It was very sweet. He’s lovely. I do have a love for him for sure.”

Back in July, Jonas told Capital FM that his reunion with the 'Good For You' beauty was fun, but his version of it was a little more suggestive: "We kinda ran into each other a couple of weeks ago. We were both with separate groups of friends. I put a dinner together with a bunch of really great people, like the Haim girls that I love. We connect in that sense. It was nice to connect and just catch up, I’ll leave it there!”
