Selena Gomez celebrates as single goes silver in the UK

Selena Gomez is celebrating after one of her singles was certified silver in the UK.

Her 2013 effort 'Come & Get It' has now reached the milestone.

This means that the track has sold over 200,000 copies in the country.

The British Phonographic Industry meanwhile also revealed other new certifications today (January 8).

Rita Ora's 2014 single 'I Will Never Let You Down' has gone platinum - meaning that it has shifted 600,000 units.

Meghan Trainor's debut album 'Title', released last year, has gone platinum by selling 300,000 copies.

Jess Glynne's 2015 maiden record 'I Cry When I Laugh' has doubled that by reaching double platinum status.
