Sia is No.1 on the UK midweek album chart update.

Her new effort 'This Is Acting' has launched to the top of the pile after being released on Friday (January 29).

The Official Charts Company say the record is 4,000 units ahead of David Bowie's 'Best Of Bowie', which is No.2.

Charlie Puth debuts at No.3 with 'Nine Track Mind', while Rihanna's new effort 'Anti' - which is yet to have a physical release - is No.4.

Rounding off the top five is Bowie again with 'Blackstar', which has dropped from the top spot.

Dream Theater's mammoth two-disc opus 'The Astonishing' debuts at No.7, while Bloc Party are new at No.10 with 'Hymns'.

Other new entries include Runring's 'The Story' (No.15), 'Lost Property' by Turin Brakes (No.23) and Bury Tomorrow's 'Earthbound', which is No.27.
