Chuky ft Whisky - "Make A Change"

“Make A Change” is a cross-over song where Hip Hop meets Dancehall.  It’s an up-tempo Hip Hop club beat which features the incredible vocal talent Whisky paired with Chuky's energetic Dancehall approach.

UK born dancehall artist, producer and song writer Chuky was born in the Midlands as Reuben Raphael and is the fresh exciting prodigy of a Rastafarian father.

He comes from a musical lineage, members of his family include producer JD (Dready) formerly of So Solid Crew and international artist CJ Lewis - who had a top 5 track back in 1994 with his cover of The Drifters “Sweets for my Sweet”.

Right now Chuky is the first young artist from outside of the Caribbean to collaborate with the legendary singer George Nooks, with the track entitled “Happy Feeling”.  In 2012 Chuky produced and co-wrote the current hit single entitled “Burning From The Heart” with international reggae singer Gyptian.  Chuky has produced a consistent array of diverse beats for various artists during his musical quest, his charisma, vigor, flair and his natural musical ability is what makes Chuky unique in today’s urban music scene.

Chuky has performed on the same stage with likes of Ninja ManJohn HoltYellow ManBeres Hammond and Burning Spear – Chuky was the only dancehall DJ to appear on a stage show in honour of the late great Joseph Hill aka Culture.

After much success in the Caribbean! Chuky is now setting his sights on his home country with “Make A Change" which will be released this fall on VP Records.
