The Vaccines hit No.1 in the midweek update with 'Come Of Age'

Indie rockers The Vaccines have entered the midweek chart update today (September 5) at No.1 with their new album, 'Come Of Age'.

Although the group might have taken an early lead, the Official Charts Company has confirmed that Two Door Cinema Club are just 5,000 copies behind with their new record, 'Beacon', which debuted this afternoon at No.2.

Rita Ora has fallen 2 places to No.3 with 'Ora', Ronan Keating's 'Fires' has made an appearance at 4, and Scouting For Girls have made a Top 10 new entry at 8 with their new cut, 'The Light Between Us'.

Elsewhere in the midweek albums chart, Elbow's 'The Seldom Seen Kid' has dropped 15 places to No.30, Foo Fighters' 'Greatest Hits' has fallen 17 to 35 and One Direction's 'Up All Night' is at 18.
