The Vamps overwhelmed by number of hits new music video has attracted in 24 hours

Rising stars The Vamps debuted their new music video for 'Last Night' yesterday and have admitted that they are stunned at how many views it has had since being officially released.

Writing on their collective Twitter page earlier today (February 28), the lads explained that they can't believe so many people have watched the video in just one day: "WOAAHHHHHHHHHH, 200K views in 24 hours, thankyou so much everyone! :) please keep sharing with your friend."

Member James McVey posted a message on his own social networking page and joked that he was checking out the abs on one of the girls in the offering: "Cheat meal day is my favourite... I just wish I could train whilst I'm out here... Not feeling good... The answer is yes, I did admire the abs of that girl on the 'Last Night' video shoot... A few times."

They will release 'Last Night' as their third single on April 7 and the clip sees them throwing a huge party complete with bearded dragons, fairground rides, and lots of silly fun while they perform the song around the scenes.

The music video for 'Last Night' has now had over 300,000 views on YouTube and fans have shown a very positive response to the promo clip.
