The Vamps tease new material: 'We can't wait for you to hear it!'

British pop-rockers The Vamps recently revealed that they have already begun working on a brand new album, and they have now confessed that they've received one of their new tracks back and they can't wait for their fans to listen to it.

Writing on their collective Twitter page this evening (May 6), the heartthrobs explained that things are moving along quickly and they're pleased with the progress they're making: "Just got one of our newest songs through! Cannot wait for y'all to hear! X"

The lads just got back from the USA, where they've been shooting a new music video, and have been struggling with jet lag. Frontman Brad Simpson admitted that he slept for a mammoth amount of time today: "I don't think I've ever slept for 13 hours definitely a personal best."

Bassist Connor Ball raised the bar and revealed to his followers that he decided to battle his tiredness with a workout, tweeting: "Just been to @VirginActiveUK absolutely dead along with jet lag (I had Powerade) #happilyeveractive."

The band's James McVey, meanwhile, posted a message on his own social networking page earlier and told fans to stop hassling his parentsby calling their house phone: "People who call my parent's home phone- please stop. I don't even live there anymore and calling late at night isn't fair on my family."
