Drummer Tristan Evans, of The Vamps fame, has revealed that he is finally able to unwind and relax now that he has some well-deserved free time. 

The lads have just returned from the USA where they were shooting a brand new music video and the 'Last Night' heartthrob took to his official Twitter page to tell his fans that he was enjoying a night of rest:

"So nice to just chill in bed and listen to music!"

The group's James McVey, meanwhile, posted a message to his social networking page earlier today (May 7) and expressed the importance of understanding health and nutrition: "When they're bringing up our future human race and next generation; nutrition knowledge is of paramount importance."

It was recently announced that on May 9, which is this coming Friday, a mini-documentary called 'The Vamps in LA' will be uploaded to YouTube for their fans to watch. They will also make a cameo on 'Hollyoaks' soon.
