The Vamps' James on new video: 'I wish fans would be more supportive, we try so hard to make you happy'

Earlier today, British pop-rock band The Vamps unleashed their new music video for 'Somebody To You' and while the clip has received a positive reaction from fans, there appears to have been some remarks made about the girls who star in it among the group's Twitter following.

Guitarist James McVey took to his official Twitter page earlier this evening (June 9) and reassured fans that the girls featured in the video were cast by agencies and they shouldn't be so caught up in things like that because it takes away from the excitement of releasing a new visual: "We don't pick the guys and girls who appear in our music videos."

He concluded: "They are trained actors and actresses casted by the director. Wish people who claim to be fans would support us at each step, we try unbelievably hard to make your happy with these videos!"
