The Vamps: 'We're just four lads in band so we owe a lot to our fans'

British pop-rock band The Vamps have shared their love for their fans in a new interview and admitted that they would be nowhere without their support and devotion.

The band's frontman, Brad Simpson, explained that The Vamps owe everything to their fans because they're responsible for getting them noticed, getting them signed, and now allowing them to live such incredible lives as a successful recording and performing band:

"We just enjoy it - we're just 4 lads in a band playing music. We started on YouTube and Twitter, and that's how they got us our record deal, essentially. No, we owe a lot to them."

Back in April, the 'Wild Heart' hitmakers recalled an incident where some fans broke into the hotel room they were staying at only to find members Connor Ball and James McVey completely naked in bed:

"We were in a hotel in Manchester and because we’re always used to staying in hotels and going back and forth between each other’s rooms, we leave the doors on a latch so we can just come in and out. We didn’t realise that some fans had got into the hotel and Connor and James were in bed and about five fans just walked into their rooms."
