The Vamps reflect on success: 'Tomorrow we play Wembley, but only a year ago we released our debut single'

British pop-rock band The Vamps have revealed that it's incredible to think that this time last year they were just releasing their debut single, 'Can We Dance', and tomorrow they will perform at Wembley Stadium.

The lads will take the stage at the iconic London venue on Saturday (June 21) as part of Capital FM's Summertime Ball and member Brad Simpson took to his official Twitter page to reflect on how much career progression they've seen over the past twelve months:

"Its ridiculous were playing Wembley in a couple days, this time last year we hadn't even released Can We Dance. Thank you so much x... Oh god it's tomorrow."

The band's drummer, Tristan Evans, also tweeted about performing at Wembley, adding: "So excited for the @CapitalOfficial show tomorrow at Wembley Stadium! Dream come true!"

Back in May, the stars admitted that there's no chance of them splitting up to pursue solo careers because they're all very good friends and enjoy the dynamic of the group: "The thing about us is that we all love each other and we're best friends. These guys have done the solo stuff already..." Evans concluded, "They've got it out of their system!"
