British heartthrobs The Vamps have opened up about their festival must-haves and outdoor music event style tips in a new interview with Company magazine. 

When asked about the one item of clothing that's essential for rocking a festival, the lads collectively agreed that black leather jackets are the ultimate accessory regardless of the weather: "We’d all say a leather jacket, even if it’s sunny and hot."

Brad Simpson then confessed that the best food to eat at a festival is the typical greasy food truck fare: "Burger and chips, but it has to have bacon in it and no cheese! Connor and James hate it." He added that dry shampoo is important, but it can turn your hair grey: "We mainly use wax and hairspray for our hair, sometimes dry shampoo! But it makes our hair look a bit grey."

The 'Wild Heart' hitmakers also revealed that they would love to do a live duet with either 'Payphone' stars Maroon 5 or singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran: "Maroon 5 because they are quite band-y so a good set-up. Or Ed Sheeran; he’s pretty chilled so think we’d have a good time with him."
