The Vamps have landed on a Billboard chart for the first time.

The British quartet have entered the Social 50 list at No.34 - their first chart entry in the US.

The chart examines social networking popularity and buzz and Billboard say the upcoming release of their 'Somebody To You' EP has helped their cause.

They also point towards The Vamps' appearance at the North East Live festival on June 22, with a 322% increase in Instagram reactions in the week ending June 22 due to their slot.

5 Seconds of Summer meanwhile have risen from No.5 to No.2 on the Social list.

Online favourite Justin Bieber is No.1 on the chart.
