The Vamps rate other groups: 'One Direction have great songs, but Rixton can dance'

British pop-rock group The Vamps recently sat down for a chat with Digital Spy and were asked a series of questions about other bands on the scene.

One group they kept coming back to was 'Me and My Broken Heart' heartthrobs Rixton, who they described as having really great music videos: "We like Rixton's videos. 'Make Out' is hilarious. I think they nailed it with that one. 'Me and My Broken Heart' is really good - it's got a great narrative."

When quizzed on which boyband they think has the best back catalogue of songs, the 'Wild Heart' stars admitted that all of their contemporaries are releasing great material, but One Direction and Rixton would be their top picks:

"One Direction have got good songs. We might have to go with Rixton again, 'Me and My Broken Heart'. Basically we love everything Rixton. We're Rixton's number one fans, apparently."

The Vamps went onto add that while they aren't the best dancers, Union J impressed them with their agile footwork: "Rixton actually showed us some moves today, but Union J are the only band that dance really. We can't dance. It's quite ironic as our first single was about dancing."
