The Vamps will perform live with Shawn Mendes later this month.

The Canadian star recently teamed up with the Brits for their single 'Oh Cecilia'.

Speaking on Twitter today (October 1), Mendes confirmed that he will collaborate live with The Vamps at BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards on October 19.

He wrote: "UK! I'm Going to be performing at #R1TeenAwards Oct 19th with @TheVampsband ! Thanks @R1Breakfast @BBCR1 @NickGrimshawR1."

The awards ceremony is due to take place at London's Wembley Arena.

Other bands on the bill include 5 Seconds of Summer, Ella Henderson, Labrinth and Rixton.
