The Vamps get back to songwriting: 'What rhymes with profiteroles?'

British pop-rock band The Vamps have revealed that they're hard at work on new music that the new year is in full swing, but they're struggling to rhyme lyrics.

The lads took to their collective Twitter page earlier today (January 9) and told their followers that they're writing new material: "Brainstorming lyrics for the new year. Now what rhymes with profiteroles...?!"

In a couple of weeks, The Vamps will head out on tour and their first stop is Australia with the first concert taking place at the Hordern Pavillion in Melbourne, Australia on January 23. Bassist Connor Ball shared an update with his fans this afternoon and admitted that he can't wait to get back to work: "So excited for the Australia/Japan/Philippines tour now."

The Vamps meanwhile, recently confessed that they could never seduce girls to their own music because it would feel too strange: "We're very involved in the sound of our songs so we have to listen to them quite a lot. Kissing to them might be weird."
