'Can We Dance' hitmakers The Vamps have opened up about a variety of topics from wearing thongs to their favourite cheese in a new interview with Capital FM. 

The heartthrobs were each asked a series of questions and frontman Brad Simpson was quizzed on his underwear preferences: "Yes, I just remembered a picture of me in a thong. I don't know why I was wearing a thong... I was maybe about 9 and perhaps I was into cross-dressing. I'm glad that phase has finished in my life."

James McVey then opened up about being starstruck and revealed that meeting Taylor Swift left him speechless: "The first time I got properly starstruck was when we met Taylor Swift and I literally didn't speak. If I was on a date with Taylor Swift I would cook an awesome chicken casserole."

Drummer Tristan Evans confessed that his favourite cheese would have to be brie and he would love to date actress Megan Fox. Bass player Connor Ball concluded the interview by sharing the words he loves and hates: "My favourite word is pelican and my least favourite word is... moist!"
