The Vamps tease "big announcements" for fans next week

British pop-rock band The Vamps took to their Twitter page this morning for an impromptu question and answer session with fans and revealed that their followers can look forward to "big announcements" on Tuesday.

The band didn't reveal any specific details about the news they have to share on September 15, but when asked if the announcement might include tour dates in their native England they replied with a cheeky winking emoji.

The lads, meanwhile, are gearing up to release their highly anticipated new studio album on November 27 and drummer Tristan Evans recently told Capital FM a little detail about the record's lead single: "Our first single begins with a w... and ends with a z. That's an exclusive right there."

Back in July, the 'Somebody To You' stars admitted that they had nearly finished working on their sophomore record: "We are 87% done on the album, just finishing touches to go. [It’s] a bit more like Imagine Dragons or MGMT. A bit more alternative, but hopefully the fans enjoy it. It’s got a bit more of a rockier edge in parts but we are really happy with it so far and looking forward to having it in our hands as an album."
