The Vamps have revealed to fans how to get their attention

British pop-rock band The Vamps have revealed what fans can do to catch their attention.

During a new interview with Australia's Hit 30, the lads were asked how their followers might be able to make themselves known and confessed that they're always impressed by projects that show how much time and effort their fans put into projects that support or promote their band:

"What always catches our attention is, like, art or something that a fan has obviously put a lot of effort into. Whether it's a book full of ugly photos of us... anything like that where they've put time and dedication into, that we can see... that always catches our attention."

They also revealed that they're on top of social media and like to keep up with fans on Twitter. Tristan Evans, who drums in The Vamps, said: "We read as many mentions as we can and we retweet and favourite them, and all that jazz. Just, like, coming to shows... it's awesome. Turning up at radio stations to say hey..."
