The Vamps: 'None of us would have enjoyed success on our own'

'Can We Dance' hitmakers The Vamps have opened up about their dynamic as a quartet and confessed that despite all starting off independently they're so glad to have found each other as it makes everything more enjoyable.

The lads spoke to Britain's Daily Star newspaper about forming a band, which they revealed to Pressparty was done through YouTube after discovering each other through various video clips, and Brad Simpson explained that being a group is a lot of fun:

"None of us would have enjoyed success on our own, anywhere near as much as we do being in a band. Our songs sound so much bigger and brighter than when we wrote on our own."

“Connor is the most laidback guy you’ll ever meet, but when he joined the band felt complete. The Vamps just wouldn’t work unless it’s us four guys.”

Meanwhile, The Vamps have been confirmed as the official support act on Taylor Swift's UK run of tour dates for her latest album, 'Red'. The boys will perform 5 shows at London's O2 Arena and the concerts are set to take place on February 1, 2, 4, 10 and 11.
