X Factor Final 32 acts and judges' categories revealed

The X Factor judges, Gary Barlow, Louis Walsh, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos have cut the contestants down to just 32 on last night's Boot Camp episode (September 25).

Despite forgetting his words during his rendition of U2's 'One Love', Terry Winstanley made the 'Overs' category, alongside Kitty Brucknell, Jonjo Kerr, Carolynne Poole, Johnny Robinson, Goldie Cheung, Joseph Gilligan and Samantha Brookes.

The 'Overs' will be mentored by Louis Walsh.

Frankie Cocozza, Joe Cox, Luke Lucas, John Wilding, Marcus Collins, Max Vickers, James Michael and Craig Cotton made the 'Boys' category.  Welsh Maths teacher, John Adams, who wooed both the judges and the audience with Damien Rice's 'Cannonball', did not make the Final 32, despite the fact that the original has re-entered the charts where it's currently No. 9.

The 'Boys' category will be mentored by Gary Barlow.

Tulisa Contostavlos will be using her personal band experience to the full, as she is the mentor for the 'Groups' category. The 'Groups' this year consist of The Lovettes, Girl V Boy, The Keys, Nu Vibe (pictured above), 2 Shoes, The Risk and Estrella. The judges formed a brand new band out of the unsuccessful candidates; Ryhthmix comprises of Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirwell, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards.

The 'Girls' category will be judged by Kelly Rowland. Melanie McCabe, Sophie Habibis, Jade Richards, Janet Devlin, Sian Phillips, Holly Repton, Misha Bryan and Amelia Lily all made it to this category.

The locations of the Judges' Houses was also revealed. Kelly Rowland will be taking her group to Miami, Louis Walsh's group will be travelling to Barcelona, Gary Barlow's to L.A., and Tulisa Contostavlos' to Mykonos in Greece.
