Jade Ellis has tonight become the fourth contestant to be eliminated from the 2012 series of The X-Factor.

The 25-year-old, who performed Dido's 'White Flag' in the sing-off, was sent home by Louis, Gary and Nicole, with only mentor Tulisa choosing to save her ahead of boyband Union J, who performed Pink's 'F***in Perfect.'

Jade's departure means that only Nicole has all her three contestants remaining in the competition, with the other judges now down to just two.

Earlier on in the results show, the finalists sang David Guetta's 'Without You,' fun. performed number one, 'We Are Young,' while Robbie Williams gave a rendition of current single, 'Candy.'
