Tinie Tempah on working with Cheryl Cole: 'It was a big deal for me'

Tinie Tempah has admitted that collaborating with Cheryl Cole was a "big deal" for him.

The rapper teamed up with the X Factor judge on her new single 'Crazy Stupid Love', which is being released on July 20.

Speaking to Capital FM, Tempah stated that he had no reservations about working with Cole on the tune.

He said: "She's amazing, she's incredible. She's one of our national treasures isn't she? I don't know any guy in this country or this world in fact that would turn down making a song with Cheryl, so I did. It was definitely a big deal for me and I'm just glad people are reacting so well to it.

"We haven't met that many times but it's strange when you meet somebody and you're just comfortable around them straight away. I definitely had that with her. She's a lovely person, so down to earth as well."

'Crazy Stupid Love' meanwhile is the first song to be taken from Cole's upcoming solo album, which is expected to drop in November.
