Tinie's second album to be star-studded

UK rap phenomenon, Tinie Tempah, has opened up about the progress of his forthcoming sophomore album and explains he's "been talking to" lots of huge names about possible collaborations.

The 'Pass Out' star recently went Platinum in the U.S with his debut stateside single, 'Written In The Stars', and the success he's had on his home turf is even more impressive.

Tinie's reputation scored him studio time with Pharrell Williams, of N*E*R*D, and interesting conversations with some of the biggest acts in popular music.

He told Pop Dash:

"The new songs are sounding amazing. I’ve been in the studio with Pharrell we got some really amazing stuff. I’ve been talking to Usher a lot about getting in the studio so hopefully that happens. The Script have been sending me loads of stuff back and forth so its shaping up nicely."

When asked about a potential release date, the BRIT award-winner explained that although the record hasn't been delayed, he really wants to spend a lot of time on it:

"I really want to take my time with it. The first album has done so many amazing things and I just want to make sure the second album does even more than that so I want to take my time, get it right."
