Cuban rapper Pitbull has been announced as a new spokesperson and shareholder of vodka brand, Voli Light.

"Apart from being pioneers in a new category, Voli Light Vodka is the smoothest and most delicious drink that I've had, and because of that I've decided to partner with them," the ‘Hey Baby (Drop It To The Floor)’ singer said in a statement.

Pitbull isn’t the first hip hop star to promote an alcoholic drink. Snoop Dogg is linked to Colt 45 Blast, Diddy is the face of Ciroc vodka and Jay-Z promotes an exclusive Louis XIII cognac that retails at $3,000 a bottle.
