This week’s episode of hospital drama ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ will be slightly different than normal, in that the cast will be regularly bursting into song.

“Grey’s Anatomy: The Music Event’ has been several years in the making and will include Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) performing Snow Patrol’s ‘Chasing Cars’ and Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) covering The Fray’s ‘How To Save A Life.’

“I’ve never lipsynched to my own voice,” admitted Ramirez. “All of that was new to me.”

“This absolutely has the potential to rival any of the greatest episodes I think so far,” says Chyler Leigh, who plays Dr Lexi Grey.

‘Grey’s Anatomy: The Music Event’ airs Thursday, March 31st on ABC in the US.
