U2 extend tour with new London date

U2 have added another London show to their forthcoming world tour.

The Irish rockers are due to travel the globe from May to November in support of latest album 'Songs of Innocence'.

The band will now play another show at London's O2 Arena on November 3.

The is the last gig they will play on the tour at the venue and tickets will go on sale from Friday (March 27) at 9am UK time.

This means that Bono et al will now play the O2 Arena on October 25, 26, 29, 30, November 2 and 3.

Speaking previously about the tour, singer Bono said:

"We are going to try to have a completely different feeling from night one to night two and have some fun playing with the idea of innocence and experience. More to be revealed!"
