Union J offer advice to 'X Factor' group Stereo Kicks: 'As long as you're tight it'll work out'

'You Got It All' hitmakers Union J, who are heading to No.1 in the UK with their new single, have given some words of wisdom to Stereo Kicks (pictured below) after they were booted off 'The X Factor' recently.

Member Jaymi Hensley told MTV News that the best piece of advice he could give a new band would be to put the strongest members in the spotlight first: "Play to your strengths. Pick your strongest members, everyone will always get a chance but use your strongest when you are that big a group."

Singer George Kelley, meanwhile, went onto add that making sure your relationship with the other lads in the group is tight is something that is very important: "Just stick together and be friends, as long as you're tight it'll work out."

Union J, meanwhile, thanked fans last month for being so supportive throughout their journey and told them that they really appreciate it: "We are so lucky to do what we do. I'm just as proud of u guys as u are of us. Without you this wouldn't be possible. Teamwork. Thank you."
