CITIZEN FOUR is a newly signed Island Records  pop group hailing from all over the US. Individually, the guys have had lots of accomplishments in the entertainment industry—Carson Boatman, 21, and his younger brother Conner, 19, both have had success in modeling and music, while Austin Percario, 20, and bandmate Josh Levi, 17 were both finalists on X-Factor. Both Austin and Josh already have a strong social media following—Austin having 530k followers on Vine massing 39.2 million “loops” and 13.8 million views on Youtube, and Josh having over 100k million followers on each of his social media platforms, including 4.5 million Youtube views.
