Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.Am recently "chased" 'Pirates of the Caribbean' superstar Johnny Depp around a building because he was desperate to meet him. 

The 'Boom Boom Pow' singer revealed to BANG Showbiz that he's a huge fan of the actor who caused him to be starstruck:

"Who do I get star struck over? Johnny Depp. I chased that dude around the building."

He explained that the pair were in the same building during the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and felt a need to meet him:

"We were backstage at this year's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and he'd just finished presenting and somebody sad, 'Johnny Depp just walked in.' And I was like, Where did Johnny Depp go?'"

"So I found him and took a picture of him. I'm a big fan, I'm wowed by him. He's a respectful artist and never caught up in bulls**t drama. He's not Hollywood. He's like us."
