Adam Lambert has treated fans to footage of his band rehearsing a Jessie Ware tune.

The US star uploaded up a series of videos on Instagram of himself and his group running through the British singer's track 'Wildest Moments'.

Lambert is seen sitting on a stool as he delicately sings the song, which was released in 2012.

Fans lapped up the cover, with one Instagram user commenting: "Adam you fly with that voice, I think;-) I really wanna get this song."

Lambert and Ware have history, with the vocal powerhouse previously praising 'Wildest Moments' on Twitter.

Ware then responded in an interview by saying: "[Lambert] is so nice and I loved him on Idol so much. He posted my video...people love Adam. Oh my God, the Glamberts. They were like 'Thank you so much Adam'."

She added: "I feel like I should give Adam a hug and say thanks."
