Nile Rodgers' We Are Family Foundation asks fans to sign Adam Lambert birthday book

Adam Lambert fans have been asked to contribute messages to a yearbook created in honour of the singer's 32nd birthday.

The vocal powerhouse hit the milestone on Wednesday (January 29) and he has celebrated the birthday alongside Nile Rodgers' We Are Family Foundation to raise money for charity.

They are selling a special art piece designed by Chris Saunders that is inspired by Lambert's animal spirit and star sign.

However, they are also inviting fans to sign a birthday yearbook, which will be printed out and handed to Lambert personally.

People can digitally sign the book with a message and attach a photo with their entry. The deadline for submissions is February 4 at 11.59pm PST.

Fans who take part are asked to donate at least $1 to the cause, with a birthday themed amount of $32 suggested.
