Adam Lambert on Missouri unrest: 'Let's pull for the violence to end'

Adam Lambert has spoken about the unrest in Ferguson, Missouri.

Tensions are high in the city at the moment after a black teenager was shot dead by police.

Eyewitnesses have said that 18-year-old Michael Brown had his arms raised when he was shot by an officer on Saturday (August 9).

There has since been unrest in the city and tear gas has been used by police against protesters who threw Molotov cocktails.

Adam Lambert took to Twitter to give his thoughts on the tensions, saying:

"My thoughts go out to the folks of Ferguson. Let's pull for the violence to end and truth n justice to prevail."
