A guitar that has been signed by numerous music stars including Adam Lambert is going up for a charity auction.

A total of 50 musicians and celebrities have signed the Epiphone PR-150VS acoustic guitar in support of a family who "experienced a personal battle with cancer".

The family managed to use their connections to get the guitar signed by the likes of Lambert, Taylor Swift, Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus.

The 'Trespassing' star signed the guitar alongside his former Glee colleagues.

The instrument will go up for auction via RR's between October 16 and October 23.

Proceeds from the sale will go towards the family as they "rebuild their lives".
