Adam Lambert defends Sia's 'Elastic Heart' video: 'It's an incredibly moving piece of art'

Songstress Sia released the music video for her stunning song 'Elastic Heart' earlier this week and she has since apologised to anyone who felt the content of the promo clip was inappropriate

The powerful video shows actor Shia LaBeouf dancing topless with 12-year-old child star Maddie Ziegler and because of this content, Sia was forced to address it and told her followers on Twitter that she's sorry if she offended people. She tweeted:

"I anticipated some 'pedophelia!!!' cries for this video. All I can say is Maddie and Shia are two of the only actors I felt could play these two warring 'Sia' self states. I apologise to those who feel triggered by #ElasticHeart My intention was to create some emotional content, not to upset anybody (sic)."

Vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert is just one of the celebrities who has shared his opinion on the video and he wrote on social media that he found it moving: "Well I thought the @Sia music video was an incredibly moving piece of art. It made me think and feel. #art."
