Adam Lambert on career decisions: 'I can't dwell or have regrets - I need to move on'

'Ghost Town' sensation Adam Lambert is hot on the promotional trail for his new single and forthcoming new album, and recently sat down for a chat with Entertainment Tonight about his impressive career to date.

He confessed that his highlights so far have definitely been 'American Idol' and getting to tour with iconic rock band Queen:

"I think Idol was a big moment for me, I felt really good about my experience on the show. I got a GRAMMY nomination, that felt really good, and then a No.1 album with 'Trespassing'... and finally this Queen tour that I did this last year has been a big honour."

He went onto add that while he can look back and think about the things he might have done differently, he instead prefers to focus his energy on the future as it's more constructive to look forward:

"I mean there have been a couple of live performances that felt a little wild and crazy, and there's been some choices business-wise like which song to put out when, which ones first, that I probably would re-think, but I can't dwell and I can't have any regrets. All you can do is keep moving forward."
