Queen + Adam Lambert announce European tour

Queen + Adam Lambert are going spend the summer in Europe on tour as new dates are announced.

The tour will start on June 13 in  Cologne and finish with a triumphant return to the glitzy capital of London, a venue they played in December last year. The tour takes in the cities they skipped on their last tour, giving more fans a chance to see their spectacular show.

Tickets are set to go on sale at 9am this Friday on February 9.

The dates are as follows:

  • Wed 13 June, Cologne, Germany, Lanxess Arena
  • Tues 19 June, Berlin, Germany, Mercedes Benz Arena
  • Wed 20 June, Hamburg, Germany, Barclaycard Arena
  • Mon 25 June, Milan, Italy, Forum
  • Mon 2 July, London, The O2 Arena

Queen co-founder and guitarist, Brian May, said: “The almost unanimous reaction to our last round of dates in Europe was this is absolutely the best production we’ve ever mounted. There has been a great demand for us to go back and cover the cities we missed!

“So, while we’re still physically able to perform at those high energy levels on this massive scale, we thought… ‘YES!! One more around the block!’ It’s live, it’s dangerous, and it takes every ounce of fitness we can muster. But it’s still fun!”
