Adam Lambert has covered Bob Marley’s ‘Is This Love’ during an intimate gig in Australia.

The ‘Never Close Our Eyes’ star, who this week revealed he is waiting on the green light for a judging role on American Idol, performed the 70s reggae classic whilst appearing on Sydney’s Take 40 radio show.

The 30-year-old, who recently announced he will announce details of a tour ‘when the time is right,’ also showcased several tracks from his second studio effort, 'Trespassing,' in front of 300 fans at the Take 40 Live Lounge.

Lambert has previously covered the likes of T-Rex’s ‘20th Century Boy,’ Johnny Cash’s ‘Ring Of Fire’ and Tears For Fears’ ‘Mad World.’
