Adam Lambert splits from long-term partner

Adam Lambert has split from partner Sauli Koskinen after an "amazing" couple of years together.

The 'Trespassing' superstar told South Florida Gay News of his recent relationship status, but revealed the pair parted amicably.

Speaking of his split from the Finnish entertainment star, Lambert explained: "It's been kind of on its way out in the last couple of months. Sauli and I remain really good friends, and I know it's a cliché thing to say. But it's totally true. I just gave him a coffee and bagel earlier today.

He added: "He's a great person and we've had an amazing couple of years together. Things have just run their course."

Lambert added that the pair have also become increasingly focused on their career commitments, which hasn't helped their relationship.

He continued: "I've been getting really busy and travelling a lot and he’s been getting really busy because he has a show he’s filming for Finnish television. So we just decided to part ways."
