Adam Lambert and LeAnn Rimes have given their support to a new anti-bullying initiative.

The Friend Movement, which was created to spread "positive anti-bully images through art and media", has launched a project called 'The New F Word'.

Its angle is encouraging people to ditch offensive words such as 'freak' and 'fag' and replace it with 'friend'.

Adam Lambert and LeAnn Rimes have appeared in new images for the project, with the duo seen sticking up blurred middle fingers.

The Friend Movement encourage others to take similar photos and give "bullying the bird".

They hope that by doing so, the issue of bullying will be given new levels of awareness.
