Songstress Adele has revealed that she regrets spending time with Blur's Damon Albarn. 

Earlier this fall, Albarn confessed that he had been working with the 'Hello' sensation on some music and told The Sun newspaper that the material she had was "middle of the road": 

"Adele asked me to work with her and I took the time out for her... Will she use any of the stuff? I don’t think so. The thing is, she’s very insecure. And she doesn’t need to be, she’s still so young. 

Adele has now explained to the Rolling Stone that the sessions were disappointing and she wishes they hadn't gone into the studio together at all: "It ended up being one of those 'don't meet your idol' moments. The saddest thing was that I was such a big Blur fan growing up. But it was sad, and I regret hanging out with him."
