Adele's '25' set for another week at the UK No.1 album spot

Adele is on course to spend yet another week at the top of the UK albums chart.

The singer's third record '25' has stayed at No.1 ever since being released on November 20.

The Official Charts Company revealed today (December 14) in their midweek update that the album is still going strong at No.1.

It has sold 158,000 units so far this week - over twice as much as its nearest rival, Elvis Presley’s 'If I Can Dream'.

At No.3 meanwhile is Coldplay's 'A Head Full of Dreams', which slips one place.

Justin Bieber's 'Purpose' rests at No.4, with Jess Glynne's 'I Cry When I Laugh' remaining at No.5.

James Bay's debut album 'Chaos And The Calm' is up seven places to No.13, while Hozier's self-titled record is back in the top 40 at No.26.

Stereophonics’ 'Keep The Village Alive' is up twelve places to No.29.
