Adele has scored a double number 1 in the UK today, February 20, as her sophomore album '21' earned it's fourth consecutive week at the top spot and now her track 'Someone Like You' has secured the number 1 position, too. 

This marks the Grammy award-winning vocalist's first UK number 1 single and her performance of the song at the 2011 BRIT Awards helped earn her the coveted spot in this week's charts. Speaking to Radio 1's Reggie Yates, she said tearfully:

"I'm probably annoying everyone as well because I cried at the BRITs!"

Jessie J's 'Price Tag' has moved down a place to number 2, Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way' entered at 3 and Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep' is still in the top 5 at number 4.
