One week celebrating a number 1 single and album simultaneously was impressive, two weeks of achieving the same feat was incredible and now she's done it again. 

Adele's 'Someone Like You' is at the top of the singles chart and '21' is at number 1 in the albums chart for the third week in a row. She's currently in the USA promoting the American release of the record and has already scored a number 1 over there on the Billboard 200. 

Jessie J's 'Price Tag' remains at number 2, Rihanna's 'S&M' is at 3 and following the release of her music video for 'Born This Way', Lady Gaga has shot up 4 places to number 4.
