Adele's record label: 'We don't expect her to release another record for a few years'

Label bosses at XL Recordings have admitted that they don't expect vocal sensation Adele to record or release another album for the next few years because she's too preoccupied with her personal life.

A spokesperson from XL told the New York Times that although they made £41m in profit in 2011 off the back of her full-length studio album '21', they don't think the same success will follow in the next few years because she's really busy and currently pregnant:

"The next Adele album may not come for some years, and it’s impossible to predict its likely sales. We therefore regard this year’s figures as exceptional.”

Meanwhile, Adele has been showing her support for this year's X Factor contestants and recently tweeted that she likes one finalist in particular: "Ella Henderson on X Factor is absolutely incredible! I LOVE her!! Good luck xx"
