Adele on upcoming Oscars performance: 'I'm sh**ting myself'

Vocal sensation Adele has admitted that she's very nervous about performing her Bond theme, 'Skyfall', at the forthcoming Oscars awards ceremony.

The hitmaker is due to treat event goers to a live rendition of the ballad on February 24, but during a backstage interview at the 2013 GRAMMYs she confessed that she's incredibly anxious about it:

"I'm sh**ting myself! It's an honour to be nominated and terrifyingly wonderful to be singing in front of people who have captured my imagination over and over again.”

“It's something I've never experienced and probably only ever will once,” she added.

'Skyfall' is nominated in the Best Original Song category and it also won a Golden Globe last month in the same category. Adele won the Best Pop Solo Performance prize at the Grammys on Sunday night (February 10) for the live version of 'Set Fire To Rain'.
