Los Angeles Superior County Judge Michael Pastor said whilst passing the sentence: "He has absolutely no sense of remorse and absolutely no sense of fault, and he's dangerous.

"There are those who believe Dr. Murray is a saint. There are those who believe Dr. Murray is the devil. He is neither. He is a human being."

Glitter served a three-year prison sentence for child molestation and escaped the death penalty when rape charges were dropped.

The foreign travel order imposed by magistrates ensured he could not use his passport. That order expired at midnight tonight and it has not been renewed by the police.

The birth scene where Bella (played by Kristen Stewart) delivers Edward's (played by Robert Pattinson) baby has caused audience members to start to convulse.

The scene contains flashes of red, black and white and can effect those prone to photo-sensitive epilepsy.

Warnings are regular occurances on TV programmes such as The X Factor if a performance contains strobe-lighting but this movie's scene has so far slipped through the radar until a man in Roseville, California and another in South Jordan, Utah, started to convulse.

Those screenings were stopped and ambulances called, though one-off seizures are unlikely to cause permanent damage, according to specialist Dr Michael Chez.

Chez said: "The trouble with cinemas is that it's dark and it's like being hit by a strobe light."

'Breaking Dawn: Part One' is set to take a £180m ($277m) by next week. 

The movie's soundtrack features Bruno Mars, Christina Perri and The Noisettes.

Jaxson said: "Two weeks prior to her wedding she knew it was not something she wanted to do. Unfortunately, they were obligated to honour contracts (with the E! network that had TV rights) otherwise they would have owed a lot of people a lot of money."

After much speculation the original four members of  BLACK SABBATH - OZZY OSBOURNE (vocals), TONY IOMMI (guitar), GEEZER BUTLER (bass) and BILL WARD (drums) - have reunited to record their first new studio album in 33 years with producer Rick Rubin (seven-time Grammy winner, two of those as Producer of the Year) and embark on a massive world tour in 2012.

OSBOURNE, IOMMI, BUTLER and WARD as well as Rubin all gathered today on 11//11/11 to announce the news at a Los Angeles press conference at the legendary club, Whisky A Go-Go, the site of the groundbreaking and influential band's first L.A. concert exactly 41 years ago (Nov 11, 1970). The event was hosted by the revered musical and spoken word artist Henry Rollins who has said that "Any band worth their weight in napalm wishes they had written 'War Pigs'."

Selling over 70 million albums together, the Grammy-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees have signed a new record deal worldwide with Vertigo and Vertigo/Universal Republic in the U.S., the band's original lable. BLACK SABBATH is now in the studio recording the as-yet-untitled new album for release in the fall of 2012 (exact date TBA). It will mark their ninth studio album together and their first since 1978's Never Say Die!

Next summer, BLACK SABBATH will headline the mammoth multi-day UK Download Festival in the U.K. on June 10. The new album will then be supported with a worldwide arena tour (dates TBA).

BLACK SABBATH also announced today the launch of www.blacksabbath.com, the first-ever official BLACK SABBATH website for all authorized BLACK SABBATH news. In addition,the band's online presence will also be supported by social media via Facebook and Twitter - again, marking the band's first-ever foray into the social media world.

BLACK SABBATH released their self-titled debut album in 1970. "Black Sabbath is credited with creating heavy metal," according to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. "The success of their first two albums - Black Sabbath and Paranoid - marked a paradigm shift in the world of rock. Not until Black Sabbath upended the music scene did the term 'heavy metal' enter the popular vocabulary to describe the denser, more thunderous offshoot of rock over which they presided." The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame also noted, "... they remain one of the most misunderstood bands in rock history," adding: "The band's musicality was generally overlooked, but they possessed an inventiveness and fluency that, in hindsight, makes them seem as much of a progressive-rock band as a heavy-metal one."

In 1998 BLACK SABBATH released Reunion from their 1997 concerts in Birmingham, England, a two-CD set that featured two new studio songs. The band has also sporadically reunited for shows in 1999, 2002 and 2004: in 2005, the four performed concerts together when they toured Europe and then headlined the 10th anniversary of Osbourne's namesake festival OZZfest. Also in 2005, they were inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame by Brian May of Queen. This was followed by their unduction in 2006 into the U.S. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, an honor bestowed on them by Metallica's James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich.

Various antique furnishings and paintings including his deathbed will be sold by Julien's Auctions in L.A. on December 17. 

The mansion itself at 100 North Carolwood Drive, Beverly Hills, is also on the market.

The bedroom was referred to as the 'medication room' by Jackson's legal team throughout the Dr Conrad Murray trial.

Next to this room was another bedroom that Jackson had as his inner sanctum, a place only for him. It is in this bedroom that he wrote a motivational message to himself about his London run of concerts in 2009 on an armoire's mirror.

The message reads : 'TRAIN, perfection, March, April. FULL OUT May'.

Whoever does end up in the terrifying and legendary jungle camp will find themselves cut off from the outside world and praying the public doesn’t send them straight into a dreaded Bushtucker Trial.

Dentist Michael Zuk from Alberta, Canada bought the tooth via a telephone bid at the auction.

Zuk said: "Most people would say I was crazy, but I think it’s fantastic".

John Lennon gave the tooth to his housekeeper Dorothy Jarlett between 1964 and 1968 lived in Weybridge, Surrey. She later moved to Canada where she married and had kept it with her ever since.

The Beatle's former employee is now 90 and her son Barry Jarlett decided to sell it so that the "unique" piece of memorabilia is not lost.

Karen Fairweather, from Omega Auctions who sold off the tooth, said: "It's rather gruesome, yellowy, browny with a cavity.

'John Lennon came back from the dentist and gave it to his housekeeper and said to dispose of it 'or better still give it to your daughter as a souvenir'."

Speaking to The Sun, the Brit vampire said: "I can handle the criticism because you can always blame it on someone else but with music, as soon as you put something out there, you're only putting it out there for people to judge it.

"I don't necessarily want people to judge it. I don't care what they say.

"But I know if I put an album out, the day it comes out, I will probably be on the net looking at what people are saying and I'll probably shoot myself.

"I don't know if it's worth shooting myself over.

"I kind of like the idea of bringing something out under an alias — but it's very embarrassing if you get caught."

The Barnes boy's first passion was music as he grew up in West London where his father imported American classic cars. The Twilight scenes in which his character Edward Cullen plays the piano, are Pattison tinkling the ivories for real. 

Prior to his Twilight success, Pattison was in a band called 'Bad Girls' and also played solo acoustic guitar gigs under the stage name Bobby Dupea.

'Breaking Dawn - Part 1' is released on November 18.
