Rihanna threatened by homeless stalker

A homeless man has been held without bail on Friday (July 25) for stalking Rihanna in New York, and sending her threatening letters.

Kevin Mcglynn, 53, hand-delivered three letters to the Bajan beauty's Lafayette Street address, and was caught on video surveillance this month.

In the correspondence, Mcglynn “repeatedly called her a b--ch,” and threatened to “bum (rush) in her apartment,” according to his criminal complaint.

He also allegedly sent at least four letters to her in California, authorities said.

“The nature of these letters (is) confusing. They all do indicate a personal relationship, as I indicated before, that simply does not exist,” Assistant District Attorney James Vinocur told the judge.

It is alleged that Mcglynn went to Rihanna's SoHo rental at 6:30 a.m. and again around midnight on July 8.

His third visit was around noon on July 11, but he was not arrested until about 6 p.m. Thursday. Police tracked him down after he dropped his benefits card — with his name and address on it — in Rihanna’s SoHo building.

Mcglynn claimed in the Manhattan Criminal Court that Rihanna, Jay Z and Kanye West ripped off “my material” at his arraignment, the formal reading of the criminal charges brought against him.
